Note: You should provide the wiki page link and what content to be included edited. I am a third party, inputting the proper coding in Wikipedia. I will do what I can, but I provide no guarantee about the content or whether a link will stick or not, as the ecosystem of Wikipedia and its administrators can vary widely.
Creation can be done only if you agree that if it is not under wiki guidelines - you will pay for our efforts and time as canceling orders not allowed at all. Also note that for adding a picture, proper licensing is required to use the picture which should be sent to me.
Lastly, I don't haggle. The price quoted in the conversation is the price - so make sure, if you are subcontracting, you budget accordingly.
I generally over-deliver on the work as it is, so I expect similar courtesy in terms of compensation.
