What is the hardest article topic that you have written?

Have you written an article? If yes, then what's the hardest topic you that you wrote?

I've been writing articles since I was a high school student, but most of those articles are written in my native language. So I really struggled when our adviser gave me a topic about world denomination, that I should write in English. Aside from the fact that I am not good at writing in English, I am also not aware of what "World Denomination" that time, so it was really hard and probably the hardest article topic that I have written. How about you? What's the hardest article topic that you have written?

Mine was a review on some book in OnlineBookClub. Now you are to download the book to your kinda and acknowledge having successively done. I did before realizing what I received in Kinda was just an excerpt. I almost cried. I had to buy the book to complete the review.

It was not an easy task. The book was hard to understand. I almost gave up.

Low rating does not auger well with them. I do not like low rating too. I stopped writing reviews there.

Mine was a product review about a brand of a router. What makes it hard for me is that I am not really a technical person. I know how to use things and gadget but I do not really take time to know in detail the type and differences of the router that I am using. There are several details that I need to put into the review as well as terms that are unfamiliar to me. What I did was to do a lot of readings about different routers. It took me a long time finishing the said review because I need to understand what I am talking about.

Honestly, I never had the chance to write hard topic articles. Unlike others, I don't own a blog and I am new in the writing industry. I know that most of the writers here have their own blog and active as a writer. But I think if there is a topic that will be hard for me, it should be technical or IT related. My knowledge about this field is just limited that is why writing about this topic can be challenging.

I used to write hard topic articles about medicine a decade ago. It was my first ever freelancing job. I had a hard time knowing a lot of medical jargon and it made me to a point of not sleeping for almost 24 hours just because I had a deadline to meet. Quite a good time to remember because the pay was really good but the stress it has caused me was too much.

The hardest stuff I’ve had to write was when I was at university doing statistical analysis and having to write up reports making sense of complex data! These days though my writing is usually for fun and about hobbies and topics that I’m personally passionate about. It makes things so much easier when you’re writing about something that comes easily and naturally.

There was one time my employer asked me to come up with a 500-word article about Azure ExpressRoute. It's a technology by Microsoft related to cloud computing. It was so challenging that I had a hard time since the topic only needs a paragraph to explain it. It took me almost a day to come up with things to include on it.

In SEO writing there are advertisements designed to be fit onto online shops about the products which are called product descriptions. I did some for a client who had their products on amazon and it required quite some effort. You have to target each word that you use to lure the clients and still have an influence over the search engine.

I hate to write about things I know nothing about. I think that this is the hardest writing to do. I also think that because you don't know enough about the subject, you can't really add our own thoughts. The hardest topic I have written about is the hard drive of a computer. I don't know the technical components and how they work. I had to learn this in an hour and write an original article about it. Hardest thing I have ever had to do.

I feel you, it js hard to write a topic that you don't know anything about. It's hard to construct a paragraph and come up with a great idea to make it more likable article.

Gutters.

I knew very little about gutters when a client asked me to write a 500 word article about them. What I hate most is for anything I write to be boring. Thats' what made writing that article so hard. I had to do what the client wanted but also ensure that whoever read that article would not only obtain the information they wanted from it but also find it an enjoyable read.

I've had other tough assignments but that was my first and most likely the toughest because I was not that good at writing non-fiction at that time.

I had an experience which is almost similar with yours. I once competed in the Regional School's Press Conference where student Journalists compete for various competitions about Journalism. The competition I entered was for the News Writing in English category and the topic was about Inflation. During that time, I'm not that very interested with economics and so I found the topic really hard and so I just made up an article about it without even being very sure about what I'm writing about. Unfortunately, because of that, I did not won and learned my lesson - to always read and research.

The hardest article topic I have ever written is about the role of nurses in the healthcare system. This is because I know so little pertaining to the healthcare system. My undergraduate programme was mainly about agriculture and enterprise development. However, I put my best foot forward, and managed to write a very nice article.

Writing about the deadly lifestyle of jaguar was something that I found difficult to do because it involves having to analyze using lots of scientific research and all that. It was a work that I made a lot of money from, so it is not something that I can say that it is easier for me to leave.

The hardest article even written by me is the academic article. It requires well articulated story line and flow not to mention the methodology of getting the results. The process to publication is very tedious and time consuming, usually it takes around 6 months the fastest to get an article published in a peer reviewed journal or magazine. In total, when taking into account the time taken to design the research, collect data, analyse the data and put the ideas onto the paper, requires the minimum of 1 year.

I did not consider any of the topics that I have written about hard but there was an article about ancient Rome that was challenging. Once it was published though, I was very pleased.

I always write articles about celebrities and the places they traveled to. I also have to submit pcitures of said personality in that place, country, or tourist site. I had this one assignment where the celebrity is kind of a cyborg. He just goes to work and goes home. He does not have any social media accounts, I just could not find any images of him outside his profession. No downtime or vacation time documented and captured by his relatives, PA, or even the paparazzi. I had to ask for a 24-hour extension on my deadline just to finish that article.
