Does It Matter if keyword in title tag is not at the beginning

Does It Matter if keyword in title tag is not at the beginning

Reason Why am asking this is everytime on wordpress I use the yoast while creating new posts and everytime I follow the tips where it shows red and orange lights for improvements with seo. Now I create page title and place main keyword in to it and also it shows green only if keyword starts in main title and then also shows need to make a h2 tag so I do and then it asks again for keyword at the beginning of the title.

I thought you could place it anywhere in the title . I do use them at the beginning but say for example I make a site on how to get free youtube subscribers . So I use keyword free youtube subscribers but if I want my title how to get free youtube subscribers then it wont work for me because it shows red light saying focus keyword does not start at the beginning of title.

So my question is I do love yoast but should we ignore it when it says keyword not at the start can we still place it say in the middle and still get results ?
