This is something that I'm also interested in, I wan't to know how to write a cover letter professionally that have a higher chance of getting a approved in a job, I want to explore more about the freelancing life because I don't wanna be in a so called rat race where people go to 9-5 jobs miserable, overworked, underpaid. That to me is hell and I don't wanna be in there.

I always advise writers and anyone applying for a job to write the sort of cover letter that will get them a response.

Employers who post a job are looking to hire someone who they presume will be the best. You need to convince them that you are and good thing is your cover letter happens to give you the opportunity to do just that (prove that you the best). Highlight the skills that would make you the best candidate for whatever position you are applying. But be honest because in the end any lies you tell will be discovered.

If you seek a writing job, tell the client about your past experience and provide samples of your writing. This should land you at the very least, an interview.

That's right. Just to add up, it's better if you could include a skill that is different from most of the candidates. This way you will stand out easily. Same people with the same skills will just compete and the percentage for you to be chosen will drastically decrease unless you have better experience and excellent skill. In case you are not, having a different skill from most of the candidates will give you a higher chance to be chosen.

There are actually a lot of tips and examples online that you can search up. I am so amazed at people who can write great cover letters that even I as a simple person will get convinced by the one who is applying.

It is good to include in your cover letter why you are qualified to take the job. State the years of related experience you have. Also provide them details about your skills and knowledge that doesn't just make you standout from others but also making clients feel confident that you can really do the task without difficulty.

It should describe everything that is in your cv in summat. It should also stand out to garb a clients attention. Maybe you can write something that is controversial that will make the client take notice of your cv as opposed to other cover letters a d cvs that he/she may have. I'm sure they get thousands and thousands of cvs send to them they definitely need something different. Grab their attention. Also pay attention to format and presentation.
