If you were told to write about an animal, which animal would you choose. I was once told to write a short story with one of the main characters being an animal.I chose a dog.
I found a dog appropriate as I would capture it in any  environment, whether rural or urban.Which animal would you choose?

I have a passion for dogs that started when I had my very first dog in 1996. It was a mixed breed but it was beloved to me because it was very affectionate. I was at first ignoring it when it arrived to our home. The puppy was just looking at me and probably sizing me up. After a week, the puppy got sick and that's the time that we got close. Do I need to tell the rest of the story or is that anecdote enough to see that it is the dog that I would be writing about?

Just like you, I would write about a dog. We have had dogs in our home since I was a kid, and we have learned a lot about them, so based on our experience, my family can write a book about doggies. Also, dogs are the man's best friend, so for sure that's a big title for an animal.

That's really cute, I had dogs before when I still have time to take care of them. Now, I only have cats because they are more easier to take care of.

I dream of having dogs who I can take during my exercise runs each morning.

Just like you, I would choose to write about dogs too. Dogs deserve all the love in the world. Their love is unwavering towards their owners and I sometimes think that we don't deserve their loyalty. They are too good for humans. But, I'm always thankful that they are there to help us, especially the depressed ones.

Just like you, I would also choose dog. Our dog is like cat. Her name is Blackie. She has already caught and killed more than 10 rats.

That's so nice of you. Dogs indeed are very affectionate towards to their owner.I don't know if it is true but my cousin said that a dog's behavior reflects to the owner's behavior. Is it really true?

Recently, I've found that the best stories are not always the happiest. There is always the touch of the scary, the forbidden, the supernatural. I'd write about the animal of my fears. It's a little personal so I'd just hold on to what that animal is. The thing I'm sure of is, channeling my fear just might inspire a really great story.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

So what is this scary animal? Is it a spider or a ghost? Is a ghost an animal? Maybe you fear a dragon

That is really a great idea, and I agree with you a lot of tragic stories are really good.

I do agree that writing about a pet dog and it's relationship to its owner could be very interesting and somewhat cute, being that dogs are considered as Man's Best Friend.

For sure. I'd love to read that story. Also, books like Moby Dick are about an animal, but they use the animal as a metaphor of life, fears, and facing destiny. So your idea is an excellent one!

Moby Dick is about a horse. What type of human does it portray?

An eagle is my special animal. It is a bird with many leadership qualities. I cannot get tired of writing about it.

An eagle even renews its strength and comes out a new creature. We can renew our energies too.

I love eagles too, they are really powerful birds.

I agree with you. Those who wait upon the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like an eagle. The shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and not be faint.

You remind me of that great verse. I also want to run and not feel weary. I want to renew my strength and so wait on the Lord.

The dog is very common to be the most lovable pet because the dog seems to understand human actions. But if I'm giving a chance to write about an animal I would choose to write about the bird. The beauty of a bird is also a stress reliever for a pet lover. Bird does nothing just fly, hum and eat, but bird teaches you how to take care of very fragile living animals. If you don't feed them they will just die without complaining. The bird is a masterpiece of god that needs to take care a lot.

Well, honestly, I'll go with the easiest and close to my heart, dogs. I would actually write mainly about my dog. His name is Hachiko, we named him after the loyal dog who waited for his dead owner for a long time. Our Hachiko is also the same, when we actually come back, his tone changes, like telling us that he misses us. He's the sweetest dog our family has.

Oh I have seen that movie it was a tragic movie and I really salute the loyalty of the dog.

It really was tragic and very sad. I just wished that dogs like Hachiko have found their owners in heaven. That would be the greatest and heartwarming ending of all.

I would also write about dogs. The comfort that they can give to people who are suffering from loneliness, sadness, depression and brokenness is something that is hard to pay back. I just love their loyalty and love towards humans.

I love dogs. We have five dogs in my house but only one is left now. The dog I cannot forget is browny and sweetie. Sweetie is a very sweet dog, what I can't forget about her is she is afraid of cats. She trembles when she sees one, even if it's smaller than her. Browny is the most loyal. She follows my father around and Browny picks me up when I arrived late. I can see her waiting for me in the intersection every time. I cried when she died. She was poisoned by someone Write about an animal..

I'll definitely be writing about bunnies; short ones, long ones, fat ones, furry ones. I love bunnies ever since I was a child and my first pet was a brown bunny. I love the cute way their noses move a lot even when they're just sitting there doing nothing. Bunnies are actually very sweet when they've gotten close to their owner as they tend to snuggle.

An Irbis, for sure. Our sacred animal.
A very wild and independent beast, untamed. People might say a dog or a horse are smarter, but there are no leopard (he will not move and sit in his little spot) racing, whilst there are horse and dog racing.

I would like to choose writing on mythical creatures like Dragons, Sabertooth, etc. I have a connection and likeness for such beasts, so it's most likely going to be my easy pick of animals to write on.

I think if I will be writing something for an animal I would choose dog because they are considered as man's best friend which is really true at sometimes because they are being friendly to us most of the time. I really like a dog because they are very cute and very helpful in guarding our house . We can easily notice if a new person is coming by the help of our dog which is really great to have.

I prefer cats to dogs. Cats are clean and sensitive. Dogs are not.

If I will be asked to write about an animal, I'll be writing about my beloved cat. He died few months ago and we shared 8 years of friendship together. I would like to make a story on how he came into our lives and became a part of our family. He was very special, we treated him as our brother. I miss him so much.

If I were to write about an animal I would choose a dog as well. Writing about a pet that I truly enjoy having its company with is very good. I love also watching dog videos or movies about them. They are very touching and inspiring to watch. Who doesn't love dogs?

When it comes to writing about animals, it is something that we should always have some knowledge about the said animals and this is the reason I should be making contents about the dog. I have stayed in a place where they have dogs, so I have a bit of experience about them.

Animals are the excellent. They're our guides, or instructors, our buddies, our kids, our parents, our partners, our anti-depressants and the entirety in among. They can be our purpose to live, if we do it right.

Given the chance to write story about animal. I would like to write for fish. I find the fish very interesting and attractive. They are peaceful by nature. I like their ability to change colors and their compatibility among other specie. I am also interested in their breeding behavior. Each species has different breeding pattern. I also love to know which fish lay eggs and not. My writings will only be limited on observation of tropical aquarium fish.

Of course for me cat it is. Cats are very feral and yet very cuddly. Even if it is themed for family or the children a lot would find this animal very relatable. This animal is a social being too so it could also portray topics of a community. I think I would have a lot of materials if I use this animal for my writing.

I wanted to write some lyrics or poem about my pet named Pony. My friend already wrote a poem for my lovely dog and I really appreciate what he did for me as he knows that I really love my dog. With that, I wanted it to be my inspiration when writing the poem. I may want to put a composition there for my lovely pet.

Lion can be a great subject to write. Lion is the king of all animals in the animal kingdom. Jesus Christ is also called the Lion of the tribe of Judah.

I would also choose a dog because it's about the only animal that I’m familiar with. It's also one of the most commonly owned animals in my Country. My neighbors have cats, which for some reason I don’t really like. Some people believe that cats are evil. To be honest, I’m not comfortable with the way that cats look at you. They look like they want to attack. Cats can be very aggressive if they don’t like you. I prefer dogs because they make excellent companions and some are just way too cute.

I would write about a dog since we have owned several of them ever since. Right now, our family has a Rottweiler named Popoy. He just turned 1 year old a month ago. Popoy is pretty much a handful. He has not been trained as a puppy (since my parents are too old to train him, and my siblings and I live away from home), so he is a very aggressive and excited dog. It's my goal to be able to walk him around the neighborhood; right now this is impossible as he bites his leash and pretty much any thing that he can bite. I love him so much anyway.

I would write about a common house gecko or commonly known as a house lizard and how it becomes a silent witness to the daily life of a struggling family for a week.

This snarky lizard would be the narrator of this story. It would detail events with comical and critical remarks, from its irritation of the family having no electricity for a few days which will lessen the prey that goes inside the house, up to the day the family overcomes the struggle and put up christmas lights thus attracting more insects all around the house, giving our snarky narrator its happy ever after.

I would write about a dolphin. I find this animal to be incredibly interesting, as it possesses a superior intelligence, is brave enough to fight against sharks when needed, and are so docile. I would create a story about a dolphin and his life in the 21st Century, trying to survive humanity and the mess we have created in the environment.

Vultures are fascinating birds. And I'm actually thinking about writing an ebook about them.

They have this bad rep as disgusting scavengers which are always eating decomposing carrion. One thing I learned about these birds which should make you like them too is this: they help stop the spread of diseases.

How?

When there is an outbreak of infectious diseases which could potentially spread (and kill humans too because water can be contaminated), the vultures eat the carcasses of the infected animals and as dead hosts, the disease causing micro-organisms are effectively neutralized.

I would want to write a story about a hermit crab. Well people call me hermit so somehow I can relate myself to it. It is also a cool fact that they exchange shells at times. Unfortunately, life is unfair. Some hermit crabs compete to get a new shell which leaves the weak one to go back and use his old shell. It's a sad story but that's how life is. The important thing is how you would survive even without having the perks in life.

I would choose the life of a cat because of their personality. They are sweet and they always want to be around you or beside you. They are also tough and a fighter, they hunt those pests that you don't want to be living in your house. They are also flexible that's why they are called to have nine lives. But most of the time, they are lazy and 70% of the day are just for their sleeping habit.
