In what format do you create your Resume?

When I first created my resume, I was stuck between having a very appealing and modern resume, and a simple and linear Resume. I was truly worried with what the hiring manager may think. Could it be too flashy? too simple? too plain? too colorful? too many writings? full of designs? and the like.

How would you go about in creating your resume?

I think it's best to write your resume in simplicity. Make sure you fill up with the right information about yourself, achievement, educational background, skills, trainings/seminar and working experience. This is what the manager's concern. Your ability and capacity especially on interviews is important. Let them feel that you have the willingness and responsible to work.

So in this case, should the information be encoded in a linear way? As it would be better to leave it as simple as possible. However, wouldn't this take a few pages if the information were many?
However, thank you for the response. It is pretty helpful In what format do you create your Resume? I very much appreciate it
